Please take a moment to review the booking policy before scheduling your appointment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require full payment before future bookings.

Timing

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late result in a late fee or cancellation without refund.

Travel & On-Site Services

For mobile or bridal services, travel fees may apply depending on location. Travel details will be discussed during booking.
